Back to Basics
Generally happy with the way things are going but appreciate some fresh thinking every now and then? With this pack we’ll do your tax return, prepare full financial statements and meet with you once a year to give you the heads-up on any issues or opportunities. It’s based on a little thing called complete customer satisfaction.

From $210 per month + GST – you’re probably starting to think ahead now and have a clearer picture of what you want the future to look like. With some fresh ideas and valuable input we help you plan ahead to get ahead.
Kick Start
Would your business benefit from some fine-tuning and a bit of TLC? With this package we’ll do a full strategic snapshot to identify problems and opportunities and help you map out a plan to deal with them. And just to make sure you stay on track we’ll meet with you six-monthly to help refine and improve performance.

- Preparation of two monthly GST Returns and management reports
- Annual face to face review of annual financial statements
- 6 monthly face to face business review meetings

From $420 per month + GST – what we’re really doing here is equipping you with sound, strategic advice and solid services. We all get stuck in traffic at times; it’s our job to clear any congestion and get you running on all cylinders.
Kick Arse
If it’s time for your business to kick some serious butt, we’re your pit crew who are focused on getting you results – you’re a natural winner! We’ll help you map out your annual strategic plan and goals, keep an eye on progress, and meet with you every two months to fine-tune performance until you’re getting the result you’re after. This is the Business Essentials plan on steroids and it’s guaranteed to get results.
What we’ll do:
- Preparation of full annual financial statements
- Prepare and lodge your income tax return
- Preparation of two monthly GST Returns and management reports with executive summary
- Annual face to face review of annual financial statements
- Quarterly face to face business review meetings
- Provisional tax management and projections
- Setting a budget, KPIs and an annual strategic plan
- Monitoring performance against budget, and KPIs
- Ongoing contact and support
- Subscription to Xero
- Liaison with the IRD
From $700 per month + GST – we put the VROOM back into the room! By “talking the torque” we focus on acceleration, identifying where opportunities exist so you capitalize and grow. We’re hot on the trail of anything and everything available that will have the greatest impact on your business growth.
Pick n Mix
This is the business equivalent of pick n mix, without the calories. You choose your favourite features from any of our packages, and combine them with any of our other support services such as payroll, GST, etc. It’s a totally customised package to meet your needs and will be priced to suit. Please contact us to create a package that is fully tailored to your needs.

My profession is accounting, but my passion is helping business succeed. I have been working in the capacity of both since 1998, beginning with The Business Results Group and now proud co-owner of Accounting One.
It makes sense to me that business development and progressive accounting go hand in hand. I’m lucky enough to work with Sonja, who like me, believes in going above and beyond the call of duty for our clients.
It’s the ideal business partnership. We’re down to earth and friendly at Accounting One because we like to give the personal touch to helping you grow and sustain a successful business.
Our job is to keep you safe and secure in the tax and business world, but then inspire and influence ways you can grow your profits, love your business and live life to the full.

I’ve worked in Chartered Accountancy for 32 years and Dale and I were asked a question the other day about what would we say, guarantee or promise if we were face to face with our ideal market.
